This development accommodates 142 dwellings located within 2km from the heart of Wagga Wagga CBD and commenced construction in 2017. The dwellings represent a shift in the typical building stock in Wagga Wagga more akin to Zero lot and narrow lot developments in Sydney.   Distinctly contemporary in presentation the designs feature large open-plan living areas with ample solar penetration & cross ventilation whilst still accommodating double garages.
