PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This challenging site proved problematic on many fronts including project feasibility. As lead design consultant Visionata conducted many design control workshops with frequent discussions between financial, design and construction professionals which resulted in a potentially sustainable and contributary solution to the site which is now in the later stages of development approval

The client doubted an acceptable residential solution would be found for the site given the site constraints and had already become resigned to an asset write-down. Visionata not only surpassed their expectations on an acceptable design solution but also solved an urban design blight undermining the consolidation of the retail hub in the locality
