PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This design displays keen recognition of cost effective construction whilst maintaining flexibility in future planning and aesthetic control.   An extensive dock area and undercover staging area presents a striking feature of the development.   Careful manipulation of the administration area also allows for future sub-tenancies in an integrated building form.
