PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is located within the northern portion of Pemulwuy and site comprises two challenged lots. Accommodating 50 apartments and 45 townhouses, ranging from 2-5 storey buildings, across a relatively steep site in part, the design aims to marry with the topography through its stepped built forms, and provide links through to the adjacent sites.    Shared common spaces feature within the masterplan allowing the community to interact in a safe controlled environment. A consistent architectural language prevails notwithstanding variations to enable owners to personalize their home.
