PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our task was to masterplan quarry end-use to determine the highest and best use of this key parcel of land. Intrinsic to the exercise was not only the optimization of land use but also the establishment of an urban design and “vision” for the site. Through the careful evaluation of design controls, infrastructure requirements and environmental constraints an efficient and complimentary business community was born.  Masterplan approval was granted for 104,000m2 of office space, 396,000m2 of industrial uses over 75 lots as a State Significant development.
